Wedding Cupcakes

Vanilla bean cupcakes with white fondant over vanilla bean buttercream, in black cases. Decorations were edible black and red mini blossoms. The wedding theme was black and white with touches of red.

Limoges Cupcakes

Vanilla bean cupcakes, with pastel-tinted rolled fondant over vanilla bean buttercream, with hand-piped, edible gold-painted filligree work to emulate some Limoges china owned by the client. Cupcakes are also ribbon-wrapped in matching pastel shades.

Morning Racecourse Bridal Expo THIS Sunday!!!


As a last minute entry, we are pleased to advise that we will be attending the Bridal Expo to be held at the Morning Racecourse, this coming Sunday, March 22nd.

The expo will run from 10 til 4pm.

Pansy Mini Cakes and Cupcakes


Vanilla bean buttercakes, 3" diameter and 4" high, torted with raspberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream. Covered in marbelized purple fondant, and decorated with a giant sugarpaste pansy and rolled fondant leaves.
