Birthday Cupcakes!

Vanilla Bean cupcakes for a "Carousel Romance" theme, with pale pink fondant over vanilla bean buttercream, decorated with darker pink and white royal icing stripes, and topped with a sugar paste rosebud in white, pink and red.
