Christmas ancillaries range!
Due to popular demand, this year I have also introduced "supporting" items to the ever-popular cupcakes:
Dark chocolate and roasted almond biscotti (made with Callebaut chocolate)

Butter shortbread bites
C
hewy Ghiradelli chocolate chip cookies with pecan nuts

Mini vanilla bean melting moments
Traditional coconut ice
(Check back soon for photos for these two items!)
These are in addition to the regular mini-christmas cakes and puddings that I normally offer.
Country Life magazine, Gippsland
I am thrilled to announce that I have a received a page and a half of editorial in the December edition of Country Life Magaine (Gippsland).
It's a wonderful surprise - I knew that my cupcakes would be featured, but never in my life did I expect a whole page phot, plus a half page editorial as well! I am very honoured, and very humble. Thank you to the editor, Rebecca Faltyn. This is a great magazine, so please check it out: www.gippsland countrylife.com.au

Thank you cupcakes
I made these cupcakes for the fabulous Doctors and Nurses at the Alfred Hospital who have been looking after my husband for the past while, as he battles to overcome a very serious blood infection. They are a tiny token of appreciation of the hard work they put in day after day, saving countless lives and keeping families intact.
Thank you seems such a small thing to say, but the power of those two words is immense.
